After accessing Glossary:

Click Observations to see a full list of available options to associate with your team's research.

You can easily search for relevant terms and select them using the check boxes. As you check each option, it will appear in the list to the right of the menu.

ou can then expand each Observation by clicking on its name to assign scale types, values and also grading information as a reminder to any user who will be appointing scores to each observation as they are recorded.

Numeric can have a minimum or maximum number of your choice.

Severity will offer three choices: mild, moderate or severe.

When you are finished, click Save.
