This is a large update that includes many exciting features and enhancements.

Admins now have the ability to create custom study creation forms.
Admins now have the ability to display group metadata fields to users in their team by default.
Overwatch now has a full file management system that can be used to upload study-related files.
Users can also link to external resources that relate to their studies.
Users can now save drafts of study creation forms
Studies can now be marked as either complete or cancelled. The complete status replaces the previous ability to "archive" a study.
We have updated the Samples database to our new table format.
We have reinstated the Task sidebar where changes can be made to task templates.
