From anywhere in Studies:
Select My Account from the global navigation bar on the bottom-left hand side of your screen
Click the dropdown menu labelled "Your timezone"
Choose the correct timezone from the list
Click Save
It is important that you use the correct timezone settings to ensure that data is recorded on the correct date.
