Once you have located the animal:
Click on the Observations tab.
If you have predefined the observations to be recorded and the order of these, click "record observations" to begin. If no observations were predefined in the workflow setup, you can search for an observations or select it from the provided list.
Hint: You can select more than one observation at a time. The selected observations will be displayed within the window after you click Record observations.
Enter the relevant score or severity rating and any applicable comments and click Finish to confirm.
